Science and Humanities

The department of Science and Humanities was established in the year 2001. The college, a co-educational institutional is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Anna University.

VISION

To provide quality education and inculcate good discipline in our students so that they emerge as good citizens of India.

MISSION

  • To transform pre-college students as true engineering professional with knowledge, competence and ethics.
  • To develop and maintain the department library and laboratories with the state-of-art facility.
  • To develop the aptitude and communication skills of the students to enable them shine in their life.

Department of Science and Humanities has contributed enormously for the improvement of the students in an extremely competitive environment. The staff members of the department are well qualified, dedicated and research oriented. Each laboratory is well equipped, spacious and ventilated. Student strength is increasing every year in different branches such as CSE, EEE, and ECE. Mechanical Engineering was introduced in the year 2010 – 2011 and the Civil Engineering in the year 2011 – 2012.
